This is a landscaper's blank slate to complete, with stairs leading up either side of the back yard to the lovely greenbelt. The roof was replaced in 2016 and a new water heater added in 2019. Entry/family room and second bedroom area addition on west side of home was done in the late 60's, no permit records available from that time frame, and no permanent heat source in the addition.
