The master bath has a separate shower and tub. There is a Generac standby generator that automatically flips on when the electricity goes out. The level property has tall pines as well as a meadow perfect for entertaining and if you are so inclined, horses (there is a 36' x 32' five foot tall pipe corral and a 20 ft Conex box adjacent to the corral for storage.) There are several outbuildings including a site- built two story structure that is not included in the square footage (this structure has electricity and connection to the septic but no independent water connection.) The top floor has a living area (kitchen, bedroom, living room); the bottom floor has an area the sellers remodeled into a western saloon. There is 3/4 inch tongue and groove on parts of the wall from an old homestead in Snowflake, AZ. The bar top itself (originally 22 feet long) was sourced from an old tavern in Scottdale, transported up to the home and custom fitted into the saloon by local woodworkers. The ceiling was painstakingly created to resemble tin ceiling tiles (drywall mud applied with a pattern imprinted in each "tile" by hand, sanded and then painted to simulate copper patina.) Other cabinets and the barn door in front of a refrigerator for beverages were hand crafted. The wood stove in the corner makes for cozy and memorable evenings in your own saloon with friends.
